Please review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through our website or at local events. All sales are considered final, but we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we're happy to help find a solution.

 Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can address the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, you have 10 business days to request a replacement. Documentation will be required for damaged or defective products in order to process a replacement.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
