Shipping Policy

We offer reliable and straightforward shipping to our customers within the continental United States. 

Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $55 receive Flat Rate shipping of $9.99
  • Orders $55 and over receive FREE shipping

Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We choose the carrier based on cost and shipping speed to your destination to ensure you get the best value and timely delivery. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The typical order has a 3 day processing time before shipping. 

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. This does not include processing time before shipping. 

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the continental United States only. 

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey. 

Lost, Stolen or Returned by Carrier Packages

Purchasing through our website does not include a fee for shipping insurance, nor do we provide shipping insurance as part of your purchase. If your package is lost by the carrier please reach out to us to determine eligibility for a replacement. As lost packages often reemerge after a short time, a waiting period of 7 days is required from the last update in the carrier's tracking system to warrant a replacement to be shipped out. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

Please ensure your address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for returned packages that were undeliverable due to an incorrect address or a PO Box address that does not accept or cannot accommodate packages.
